View hundreds of beautiful images as you explore trails that take you across molten lava fields, into eerie lava caves and up to the summits of volcanic peaks. You'll visit rugged coastlines with black sand beaches, colorful underwater reefs, primitive jungles and spectacular waterfalls. These scenes are enhanced by a sound track which brings you closer to the realism of the images: exotic bird calls, crackling lava, Hawaiian drums and chanting.
Pele's Revenge will introduce you to the traditional culture of old Hawaii, including some spiritual beliefs and the use of symbolic petroglyphs. You'll learn about the historic Hawaiian uses of plant and natural resources, from magical to medicinal. The game's author, Dr. Serge Kahili King, has trained in the teachings of Hawaiian Kahunas since his youth and published several books on the subject. He lives and works on Kauai, where he is curator of the Hawaiian Art Museum.
