Construction Management & Development, Inc. is committed to efficient project cost and schedule management and adherence. The Windows Software, Microsoft Project is used to monitor and track all projects. This software automatically generates Gantt timeline charts and PERT organization charts for each project based on individual task entry for the project. Detailed in-house and sub consultant tasks are entered in the system. The inter-dependency of tasks and potential lead and lag times for each task is also entered. Project budgets are monitored by individual tasks.

Schedules, task reports, and resource allocation reports are provided to our clients periodically throughout a project's duration, and upon request at any time, to facilitate communication and efficient processing.

All project managers are equipped with the latest portable PowerBooks. These powerful slim-line computers are utilized both on the project sites and in the downtown office. The CM&D office has a wide range of computer equipment to facilitate your needs. This equipment is constantly being upgraded to provide our staff with state of the art tools. We have both PC based 486 and Macintosh Quadra 950 based computers. The most powerful systems are used for electronic digitization (takeoff estimating), and CADD for estimating and value/cost engineering. For high level communications, all systems are networked and equipped with electronic modems.
